Friendly staff and quick check-in process. Good location with easy access to city center, supermarkets, farmers market, and Yogabarn.- Enjoyed the refreshing pool and its water temperature.
Stained bed sheets were not changed during the cleaning service. Balcony doors were bent, allowing mosquitoes and cold air to enter the room.

The rooms at this charming hotel were comfortable and well-equipped with AC, TV, mini-fridge, and a small safe. the spacious bathroom with a waterfall showerhead was simply stunning. the hotel's location on Jalan Sugriwa was convenient, with easy access to central Ubud and a local, residential vibe. Plus, the hotel provided reliable and satisfactory wifi with three different networks.
The hotel was a bit difficult to access at night through a dark alleyway, PNPM Mandiri, where we encountered barking dogs. there was some confusion and rush with the laundry service, resulting in a wet laundry smell that persisted throughout our trip.

I had a fabulous stay at a welcoming hotel in Bali. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with spacious interiors. The breakfast was delicious and the garden was beautiful. Mama Wayan, one of the hotel's hosts, was kind and fun. She took us to the market and helped arrange activities. The reflexology massage by Papa was the best I've had. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bali!

I had an amazing stay at this charming homestay, where the hosts truly made me feel like family. Its location couldn't have been better , right in the heart of the cultural district, surrounded by great restaurants and local attractions. the elegant room was equipped with everything I could need, including a mini, fridge, safe, and soft bedding. the spacious bathroom was a highlight for me, with a luxurious waterfall showerhead that made me feel like I was at a spa. the breakfasts were top, notch, featuring a variety of delicious dishes. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking advantage of the excellent scooter rentals.
That it was a bit tricky to find the entrance, as the street was quite dimly lit at night.
